Refund Policy: At this time, we will not be issuing any refunds. We will however accommodate exchanges. Please read below.
Exchanges: In order to receive an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com explaining your dissatisfaction. Based on review, I will issue a new item to you. You will receive a prepaid return label and will be responsible for the shipping charges for your new item. Please do not return your order until you have received your confirmation email and exchange return label.
Shipping: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. This includes curbside pick up as well.
Curbside Pick Up: After your order has been processed, you will receive a pick up email. Curbside pick up will be available Thursday-Saturday from 8am-12pm OR 5pm-7pm. Please reply back to your pick up email to confirm your date and time.
If there is a schedule change, you will receive an email as well.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You will have approximately one week from your pick up notification to confirm your pick up date and time. If you fail to do so, your order will be placed back into inventory.
If I am unable to pick up my order will you ship?
No. I am unable to ship pick up orders. It will be your responsibility to collect your order. I am located in Youngstown, OH. If you're not confident that you will be able to pick up your order, please opt to have it shipped at check out.
You will have approximately one weeks to collect your order. If you fail to collect your order during the allowed time, your order will be placed back in stock and you will have to reorder.
Pick up location: The pick up address will be provided in an email when your order is ready.
COVID-19: For the safety of my customers and myself, I am eliminating in person contact. Orders will be placed on the porch and bags will be labeled with your name.
