when I fell in love with Jesus, He became my everything, so much that i knew i wanted to share His goodness with everyone around me. i realized that my gifts and talents were meant to glorify Him, and i wanted to think about myself less. so, we partnered to spread the Gospel through small batch soy candles and heartfelt writing.
initially, i struggled with imposter syndrome, feeling like I didn’t have the ‘right’ credentials or theological background to share my faith. I’d seen how Christians are ridiculed in the comment section so there was some resistance. But the Holy Spirit reassured me that He would carry me and i couldn’t get it wrong – i just needed to share how and what Jesus was doing in my life.
stepping out of my comfort zone to share my faith as a small business owner, i’ve experienced a ripple effect of kindness and connection. contrary to my own doubts and fears, the outcome has been incredibly touching and liberating. i’ve had messages from followers who were far from God reconsider their beliefs, believers encouraged in their walk with Him, and non-believers appreciative of my testimony and choosing to continue following along.
in a world flooded with false teachings that promote living for temporary pleasures and self-centered truths, we need to be the light that points this generation to Jesus. just as He transformed our lives, shifting our focus from earthly to heavenly things, we can help others do the same.
yes, I’ve faced unfollowers, but my hope is that they’ll return, not for fleeting gains, but to witness the power of Jesus’ love and hear a different message. our businesses can become our ministry, and the gifts and talents we’ve been given are meant to glorify God and share our faith.
there are people in your community who resonate with your story, and God has equipped you for this mission. don’t be afraid to share your faith – you never know the impact it could have🤍
